How long do we have to wait for videos and photos from a dance competition?
Normally, you can expect to receive your dance competition videos within 4-7 business days. Please note that weekends do not count as business days. For example, if your dance performance took place on a Friday, you can anticipate receiving the videos via email or posted to you by the following Friday. Our team works diligently to ensure prompt delivery of your videos, capturing the essence and excitement of your dance performance.
It has been over 7 days and still no video or photos, what do I do?
If it has been more than 7 days and you haven't received your video from the dance competition, Please reach out to us via email at [email protected], and we will promptly investigate the status of your order. There can be various reasons for the delay, including misspelled email addresses or unforeseen technical issues. Checking with us directly is the best course of action, as we are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring you receive your video in a timely manner. If there is an issue on our end that is causing a delay in delivering your video, we kindly request that you check our social media channels. In the event of a significant influx of orders or any unexpected circumstances, we use social media as a means of communication to keep our clients informed. By checking our social media pages, you can stay updated on any announcements or notifications regarding delays in order fulfillment.
Just like any other online business, we process your orders like an online shop. Think Princess Polly, or Kmart online. However We want to inform you that our administrative team consists of only two dedicated individuals at this time. We kindly request your patience and understanding as we handle a substantial volume of orders, especially during our busy seasons. How long is videos and photos available for purchase and/or download on the site?
The videos and photos from the server will be available for a duration of one month. We kindly request that you promptly download and save them upon receipt, as we do not retain them after this period. It is essential to ensure timely retrieval to avoid any loss of your valuable content. Once the one-month period has elapsed, the videos and photos will no longer be accessible and will be permanently removed from the server. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to download and securely store your files as soon as you receive them.

We currently do not provide a phone number on our website as our team, including the administrators, is frequently engaged in on-site activities such as dance competitions, weddings, meetings, and personal shoots. During these events, the use of phones may be restricted or not permitted.

We apologise for any inconvenience, but we do not offer refunds unless there is a valid issue with the video. Our team takes great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of each video before it is delivered to our customers. All videos will be checked before they are sent.

This ongoing occurrence is deeply disheartening and creates an unpleasant environment for our team.
